For the design process, we will employ an associate architect that best meets the needs of your building program, or we will team up with the architect of the church's choosing. While the drawings are being developed, we will:

• Consult with you and the architect on impact of design options
• Offer cost-saving options and alternative materials for your consideration
• Provide updated estimates throughout the design process
• Review drawings for constructibility and to identify and avoid potential change orders
• Distribute completed drawings out for bidding on all trades, guaranteeing best market price
