Once the Design Documents are complete, Dillon Construction Group will distribute the drawings out for competitive bids on all trades. This ensures that the church is receiving the best prices the market can bear. During this process we will:

• Develop a list of potential bidders, with church and architect input
• Pre-qualify potential subcontractors
• Receive, record, and perform thorough evaluation of all bids
• Review all bids with building committee and architect
• Evaluate the potential and value of volunteer work by the church
• Establish guaranteed contract project cost
