Once the design drawings have been completed, competitive bids have been received from subcontractors, and a guaranteed contract sum has been established, construction will proceed with building committee approval. During construction, we will:

• Negotiate subcontractor agreements and prepare contracts
• Provide a Dillon Field Superintendent to coordinate subcontractors
• Conduct weekly progress and safety meeting with subcontractors
• Consistently update the building committee on progress and necessary changes
• Advise the church and architect on all matters pertaining to the project
• Review all subcontractor change orders for accuracy and validity
• Perform quality control management of all work performed
• Assist in preparing punch list with building committee and architect
• Secure occupancy certificates from regulatory agencies
